International cooperation

International cooperation and international youth projects can help to generate a sense of participation and involvement among young people. This is particularly true of young people who, for various reasons, have not had the opportunity of gaining international experience in other ways.

Moreover, international cooperation can function as a tool for achieving youth policy objectives, for instance concerning young people’s learning and personal development.

Here we present the work on international cooperation by the Swedish National Board for Youth Affairs.
